Simply put: they last. Most resort domes are made from thin poly fabric or plastic. Ours use aluminum struts, tempered glass, and architectural-grade finishes. That means fewer replacements, higher guest satisfaction, and better ROI over time.

Most of our resort customers spend between $35,000 and $40,000 per dome shell. With add-ons like insulation, tinted panels, or HVAC prep, the price adjusts. Interior build-outs—bathrooms, beds, etc.—are handled separately, depending on your layout and level of finish.

Our most popular rental domes are 24’ to 30’ in diameter. That gives you space for a bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and sitting area. For high-end eco-stays or family units, some go up to 40’, which is our max width.

Our kits are built for decades of use. With corrosion-resistant aluminum, double-pane glass, and weather-rated connectors, they can last 30+ years with basic upkeep. You won’t be re-roofing every few seasons—or dealing with sagging fabric mid-booking.

Most clients get the shell up in 3–5 days with a local crew or contractor. Our parts are pre-cut and numbered, and our instructions are clear. The interior finish timeline is up to you—some go minimal for quicker ROI, others go luxe.

Yes. We offer stamped engineering documents that cover foundation, wind/snow load, and structural calculations. This helps most resort owners pass permitting—especially in states that treat domes like permanent structures.

Most resort builds use a pier foundation with a raised wood deck. It’s clean, fast to build, and looks great for guest use. Concrete is also an option, but many eco-destinations prefer the lighter environmental footprint of piers and decking.

Minimal. Clean the glass occasionally, check fasteners once or twice a year, and you’re good. Unlike fabric domes, there’s no re-stretching, no patching, and no worries about UV breakdown. These are real buildings—not temporary tents.

We’re not plastic. We don’t do PVC or tarps. Our domes use real structural aluminum, tempered glass, and custom-finish options like mirrored panels, wood-grade aluminum, and more. They’re meant to blend into nature while standing out to your guests—and they hold up season after season.

Yes. You can choose all-glass, part-glass/part-panel, mirrored or tinted windows, ventilation upgrades, and more. Each dome can match your brand, environment, or guest experience. We’ve even helped clients build treehouse-style decks with domes on top.
