Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information The Dome House collects when you use thedomehouse.com, how we use it, and which services process it on our behalf. We collect information to answer your inquiries and prepare quotes — nothing more than we need for that.

What We Collect
We collect information in two ways.
- Information you send us. When you request a quote, ask a question, or use our event, rental, or projection inquiry forms, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional on most forms), your message, the type of quote you're asking about, and any project details you include — for event inquiries, that can include the event date, location, expected attendance, preferred dome size, venue, and options you're interested in. We also record which page of our site the form was submitted from.
- Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Call scheduling. If you book a call through the scheduling tool on our site, the details you enter are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the call.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to connect a form submission to your visit. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
How We Use It

- To prepare a quote or proposal for your project
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us
- To coordinate a project once you decide to work with us
- To send newsletter updates — only if you subscribed
- To operate, secure, and improve our website
Contacting you about your inquiry is separate from marketing. Submitting an inquiry means we will reply to it; it does not sign you up for marketing email. We only send newsletter updates to people who subscribe, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who Processes It
We use a small number of services to run the site and handle inquiries. Each of them processes your information on our behalf to provide their service to us.
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Form submissions and newsletter signups are stored in HubSpot, and HubSpot's tracking script runs on our site.
- Email — form submissions trigger a notification to our team's email inboxes so we can respond.
- Calendly — the scheduling tool used for booking calls with us.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — used to understand how visitors use the site.
- Trustpilot — the review platform we use; Trustpilot's script loads on our site.
- Vercel — our website hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs.
Online Payments
Our site is quote-led: projects are arranged by quote and contract, and we do not take online payments at this time. If we enable online purchasing in the future, payment details will be processed by our payment provider and we will update this policy before that happens.
Your Choices
- To access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us, contact us using the details below.
- To stop receiving newsletter updates, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or contact us.
- To limit analytics cookies, adjust your browser settings.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when the way we collect or use information changes — for example, if we add a new service or enable online purchasing. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
