Returns and Cancellations

Every Dome House kit is made to order for your project. Here is how cancellations, returns, and shipping work.

Dome Kits

These apply to every dome kit order. For kits ordered by quote, your quote and contract set out the exact terms.

Every Dome House kit is manufactured to order. After you order, our team contacts you to confirm your site and delivery details, and production begins after that confirmation.
You can cancel or change your order for a full refund any time before production begins. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Once production has started, all sales are final and the order can't be cancelled or returned.
If your kit arrives with a manufacturing defect, a missing part, or shipping damage, contact us at (866) 336-6372 and we will remedy it.

Free shipping to the contiguous U.S.: freight is included in the kit price. Alaska, Hawaii, and international delivery are quoted separately.
Kits are made to order and ship in 4–6 weeks.
Inspect your kit on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt, then let us know.

Event domes are custom-manufactured, so they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once a deposit has been made and manufacturing has begun. Exact terms vary by project and are set out in your quote and contract. If The Dome House causes a manufacturing error, a missing part, or another project issue, we will remedy it.
