Planning the Placement
Inside festival grounds or course-side, the site checklist holds:
- A level surface, indoor or outdoor
- Access for delivery vehicles and installation equipment
- Working room around the dome for installation — larger domes can need 20 ft or more
- Indoors: enough clearance and room for lift equipment during installation
- Power for lighting, climate, and AV options
- Anchoring or ballast as set by the engineering for your site
- Agreed setup and removal windows
Installation and removal windows are coordinated with the host event's schedule and written into the quote.
U.S. rental projects are quoted by location and date, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping costs and lead times apply to Alaska and Hawaii. International inquiries are reviewed individually; availability, logistics, insurance, customs, and local requirements must be confirmed before booking.

How is access to the lounge controlled?
By design: a dome has defined entrances, so wristband or credential checks happen at an actual door rather than along a rope line. Entrance count and placement are planned to your credential tiers and expected flow; door staffing is your team's.
What furniture and finish level is possible inside?
The interior is an open-span room you finish to your standard. Flooring, climate control, and lighting can be provided and quoted — or handled by your own vendors. Furniture, bars, and decor are the host's or sponsor's scope, so your hospitality vendors work with the structure freely.
Can the lounge be branded to the host or sponsor?
Yes — printed and branded covers turn the structure into the sponsorship asset, and a branded cover is reusable from one event to the next. For sponsor-funded hospitality, that visibility is usually what justifies the line item.
Will it stay comfortable with a full guest list?
Climate control is an available option, quoted to the season, the dome size, and the expected occupancy — a packed lounge on a summer race day is exactly the case it's specified for. Ventilation and power are part of the site planning conversation.
Where can a hospitality dome be placed inside an event?
Anywhere the site gives it a level surface, delivery access, and working room for installation — inside festival grounds, trackside, course-side, or beside a stadium concourse. Placement is worked through with event operations so service, sightlines, and guest flow all land.
Does hospitality need projection?
Usually not — most lounges run on furniture, lighting, and service. Ambient projection is an available quoted option when the sponsor wants the space itself to perform, and a full projection build makes sense only when the lounge is the activation. We'll tell you honestly which one the brief calls for.
What does a hospitality rental include?
The rental is the dome structure and its cover. Delivery, installation, and removal are available services quoted as separate line items, and flooring, climate control, lighting, and branding are quoted as options on the same proposal — so the lounge arrives as one decision.
