What Dome House customers say
“We ordered five domes for our jungle eco-stay … The Dome House kits are actual buildings—not tents. The glass gives guests that luxury feel, and we customized each one with mirrored panels for privacy in the trees.”

Questions, answered
FAQs
What materials are used for domes?
It depends on the product. The Tetra Glass kit uses a pre-welded aluminum frame with double-pane tempered glass, all glass or with insulated panels. The Tetra Hybrid uses double-pane glass on 6061 aluminum struts in the viewing area, with heavy-duty galvanized steel, an extra-thick, UV-treated cover, and an insulation layer over the rest. Event and projection domes use engineered steel geodesic frames with polymer covers in clear, translucent, blackout, or printed and branded finishes.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Dome kits are built to order and event domes are made to order, so the production and delivery schedule is confirmed with your quote. Installation services are available for every product and are quoted with your project — dome kits are also designed for self-installation with the included installation manual and assembly blueprints, or a local contractor.
Can the dome be customized to suit my needs?
Definitely. With our dome kits you can choose different layouts — go full glass for the views or choose the Tetra Hybrid and add a larger glass area or a skylight — plus window placement, door options, and glass tinting. Event domes can be configured with clear, translucent, blackout, or printed and branded covers, and options such as flooring, lighting, climate control, and projection are quoted per project.
Can the dome be used for commercial purposes?
Yes. Dome kits are used for glamping sites, eco-resorts, guest structures, and commercial spaces as well as homes. Event domes serve corporate events, festivals, brand activations, weddings, and hospitality, and every standard size can be purchased or rented. See event dome applications →
Is it possible to order a return or exchange?
Dome kits: You can cancel or change your order for a full refund any time before production begins. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once production has started, all sales are final and the order can't be cancelled or returned. Event domes: Event domes are custom-manufactured, so they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once a deposit has been made and manufacturing has begun. Exact terms vary by project and are set out in your quote and contract. If The Dome House causes a manufacturing error, a missing part, or another project issue, we will remedy it.
