Every Dome House project — a dome kit, a purchased event dome, or a rental — is governed by its own signed quote and contract. Each principle below applies only to the product and circumstances it names; your quote and contract control the specifics.

Quotes and Contracts

Online purchasing is not currently offered. Every project — a dome kit, an event-dome purchase, or a rental — is governed by its signed quote and contract, which set out the scope, pricing, and terms that apply to that project.

Custom-Manufactured Event Domes — Orders and Cancellation

This principle applies only to custom-manufactured event domes. Event domes are custom-manufactured, so they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once a deposit has been made and manufacturing has begun. Exact terms vary by project and are set out in your quote and contract. If The Dome House causes a manufacturing error, a missing part, or another project issue, we will remedy it.

Dome Kits

Dome kit orders are confirmed by quote and contract. Your quote sets out the kit configuration, options, delivery, and the terms that apply to your order.
