Dome kits can be ordered online, as described under “Ordering a Dome Kit Online” below. Every other project — a dome kit ordered by quote, an event-dome purchase, or a rental — is governed by its signed quote and contract, which set out the scope, pricing, and terms that apply to that project.

The dome kits listed at thedomehouse.com/shop/ can be ordered online at the kit price shown there, in U.S. dollars. These terms apply to those orders.

• You can pay the full kit price at checkout, or pay a 25% deposit. With a deposit, the remaining 75% is due before your kit ships, and we will invoice you for it. Your kit ships once it is paid in full.
• Price includes applicable sales tax and shipping to the contiguous U.S. Nothing is added at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and international delivery are quoted separately.
• Kits are made to order and currently ship in 10–12 weeks. Lead times vary with order volume and season. After you order, our team contacts you to confirm your site and delivery details, and production begins after that confirmation.
• Production begins once your site and delivery details are confirmed and 50% of the kit price has been paid.
• The kit price covers the kit. Installation, land, foundation, and interior finishes are not included and depend on your project.
• Inspect your kit on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt, then let us know.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Event domes shown with a standard package price at thedomehouse.com/shop/ can be ordered online at that price, in U.S. dollars. These terms apply to those orders; anything you add later is set out in your quote.

• Standard event dome package: engineered steel geodesic frame with its standard connection hardware, standard entry door, and a white cover with a clear vinyl viewing section.
• You can pay the full price at checkout, or pay a 25% deposit. With a deposit, the remaining 75% is due before your dome ships, and we will invoice you for it.
• Price includes applicable sales tax and shipping to the contiguous U.S. Nothing is added at checkout. Alaska, Hawaii, and international delivery are quoted separately.
• Installation, anchoring and site engineering are not included; our team quotes them for your site after you order.
• Made to order. Currently ships in 10–12 weeks. Lead times vary with order volume and season. After you order, our team contacts you to confirm your site and delivery details, and manufacturing begins after that.
• Manufacturing begins once your site and delivery details are confirmed and 50% of the price has been paid.
• You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering, if manufacturing has not begun. After that, event domes are non-returnable and non-refundable. If The Dome House causes a manufacturing error, a missing part, or another project issue, we will remedy it.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

These apply to every dome kit order. For kits ordered by quote, your quote and contract set out the exact terms.

• Every Dome House kit is manufactured to order. After you order, our team contacts you to confirm your site and delivery details, and production begins after that confirmation.
• You can cancel or change your order for a full refund any time before production begins. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Once production has started, all sales are final and the order can't be cancelled or returned.
• If your kit arrives with a manufacturing defect, a missing part, or shipping damage, contact us at (866) 767-3117 and we will remedy it.

Returns and cancellations→

This principle applies only to custom-manufactured event domes. Event domes are custom-manufactured, so they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once a deposit has been made and manufacturing has begun. Exact terms vary by project and are set out in your quote and contract. If The Dome House causes a manufacturing error, a missing part, or another project issue, we will remedy it.

Dome kit orders placed by quote are confirmed by quote and contract. Your quote sets out the kit configuration, options, delivery, and the terms that apply to your order.
