What is an event dome?
An event dome is a freestanding geodesic structure with an engineered steel frame and a polymer cover, designed for repeated setup and teardown. Unlike our permanent glass dome kits, event domes are made to move — from a weekend festival to a season-long installation.
What sizes are available?
Standard diameters are 20, 24, 30, 44, 50, and 60 feet. Ask about custom and larger sizes. Feasibility, availability, engineering, logistics, and lead time are confirmed for each project. Every standard size can be purchased or rented.
Should I buy or rent an event dome?
Rent when you have a date: one event, a launch, or a season, with delivery, installation, and removal quoted alongside the dome. Buy when the dome becomes part of your business — venues, event companies, and touring organizations that will set up again and again.
What does an event dome rental cover?
The dome structure and its cover. Delivery, Installation, Strike and removal are quoted with it for your site and dates, and upgrades like flooring, branding, lighting, climate control, and AV are added per event.
Can event domes be used outdoors?
Yes. Outdoors, the dome is anchored or ballasted as set by the engineering for your site; indoors, the venue needs enough clearance and working room for installation equipment. Wind and anchoring performance depends on the engineering report for your dome, the anchoring or ballast used, ground and site conditions, and local rules. We review the site with you before installation.
Can the dome be branded?
Yes. Printed and branded covers are available and reusable across events and roadshows, and interior projection can carry the campaign inside as well.
Where do you rent event domes?
U.S. rental projects are quoted by location and date, including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping costs and lead times apply to Alaska and Hawaii. International inquiries are reviewed individually; availability, logistics, insurance, customs, and local requirements must be confirmed before booking.
