- Warranty
- Warranty is pro-rated and depends on the use case. Terms are provided with your quote.

- Permits and engineering
- Permitting documentation and engineering are available in all 50 states. Anchoring and project documents depend on the engineering and the specific job.
Delivery and installation
Delivery, installation, and removal are quoted with your project. Site access for delivery vehicles and installation equipment, working room around the dome, and anchoring or ballast per the engineering are confirmed during planning.
Orders and cancellations
Event domes are custom-manufactured, so they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once a deposit has been made and manufacturing has begun. Exact terms vary by project and are set out in your quote and contract. If The Dome House causes a manufacturing error, a missing part, or another project issue, we will remedy it.
